With its proprietary micro-electronic sensor technology, ACEA has developed a series of integrated system to enable label-free, cell-based assays for both high throughput screening and research laboratory environments.The two system offerings include RT-CES® and RT-CIM™, both of which incorporate electronic monitoring of live cells and accommodate a range of experimental designs.
In partnership with Roche, a new version of the real time cell analysis system will be launched in July, 2008. The new system, xCELLigenece™ system contains the major functionalities and features of RT-CES® and RT-CIM™ system. After Roche-ACEA launch the xCELLigence™ system in July, 2008, ACEA will no longer provide the RT-CES® and RT-CIM™ system.
