A Personal System (PS) is composed of three main components: RT-CIM™ personal station, a computer/softare package, and 16 well RT-CIM™ devices.The personal RT-CIM™ station is located inside a tissue culture incubator. Under the SP software control, the personal RT-CIM™ station automatically select individual sensor electrode arrays of 16 well RT-CIM™ device for measurement and continuously transfer measured impedance data to the computer. Cell index values, derived from the measured impedances, are continuously displayed on the Software user-interface.
