RT-CES® SP Software

RT-CES® SP Software is used for following systems: 16X RT-CES®, 16X RT-CIM™, 96X RT-CES®, personal RT-CES® and personal RT-CIM™. The SP Software provides flexible experiment setups, instrument control, data acquisition, data display and data analysis. All instrument and experiment controls are embedded in the Software to simplify instrument setup and operation. Based on experiment requirements the measurements can be performed in any given time intervals for the entire experiment. The real time data acquisition, data normalization, and data-plotting functions allow the users to monitor experiments in real time, and to summarize experimental results such as IC50 (or EC50) at a given time point, or a time-dependent IC50 (or EC50) for an entire period of compound treatment. Comprehensive kinetic monitoring is a standard integrated feature that makes the RT-CES® system fully automated and easy to use.
