Personal RT-CES® System (Please inquire the time of its availability by contacting ACEA Biosciences)
A Personal system (PS) is composed of three main components: RT-CES® personal station, a computer which runs RT-CES® PS software, and 16 well E-Plates. The personal station is located inside a tissue culture incubator and is capable of selectively measuring impedance of any one of the wells on the 16X E-Plates. Under the PS software control, the personal station can automatically select wells for measurement and continuously transferred measured impedance data to the computer. Cell index values, derived from the measured impedances, are continuously displayed on the software user-interface.
