16X System
16X System is composed of four main components: W200 or W300 RT-CES® analyzer, 16X E-Plate® station, a computer which runs RT-CES® SP Software, and 16 well E-Plates. The 16X station is located inside a tissue culture incubator and is capable of switching any one of the wells on the E-Plates to the RT-CES® analyzer for impedance measurement. Under the SP Software control, RT-CES® analyzer can automatically select wells for measurement and continuously transferred measured impedance data to the computer. Cell index values, derived from the measured impedances, are continuously displayed on the integrated software user-interface.
