Cell Adhesion and Spreading
Dynamic and quantitative monitoring of cell adhesion and spreading process. The electrode sensors can be coated by both matrix proteins and antibodies. In this example, NIH3T3 cells were added to wells of E-Plates which were coated with poly-L-Lysine or fibronectin and continually monitored. The cell attachment and spreading on different surfaces were recorded in real time, which are consistent with the cell morphological changes.
