IgE Receptor Function
Dynamic monitoring of mast cell sensitization and activation in response to allergen. In this example, RBL-2H3 mast cells were first sensitized with anti-DNP IgE followed by stimulation with the antigen, DNP-BSA. The activation of the mast cells can be detected in real time on the RT-CES® system, which is correlated with b-hexosaminidase assay.
